fix(ci): 纳入frontend/package-lock.json(CI npm ci 需要)

根.gitignore 的 *.json 忽略所有 json 但只 !package.json 例外,漏了 package-lock.json → lockfile 没进 git → CI checkout 无 lockfile → npm ci 失败(nas-frontend job)。加 !package-lock.json 例外。
