ci: 补 4966d30 环境标签(subject 尾,CI 定检 %s) [vps]

4966d30 的 [vps] 误置 body 末尾,enforce-label 只查 subject 行(ci-cd.yml
git log --format=%s)→ run#1038 rerun 红在标签步(pytest 未跑)。本空 commit
使 push range(4966d30..HEAD)重查通过;nas-deploy checkout 本 commit 即含
全部变更。后续 commit 标签一律放 subject 尾(规范模板:<type>(<scope>):
<desc> [vps])。
